Two weeks ago I brought my telluride in to have some recalls fixed (which happened to deal with the ecm and emissions) the following day while driving my car while at an ideal lost all power couldn’t even turn hazards on almost got rear ended with my baby in the vehicle thought how strange didn’t happen for two days and still today I am dealing with such I contacted them the told me bring it in so they could look at it as mode you I didn’t have any issues prior to my updates I get there and then they told me it would cost me $250 for a diagnostic …exscuse me … this is a huge safety concern and has happened since they worked on my car they didn’t handle the situation well and cared about my or my children wellbeing shame on you

Didnt return my call after I called today for a leak that should have been repaired 3 weeks ago. I was in for a valve gasket replacement to get the leak repaired, over $500 later..nope. Not sure if they warranty the repair..but I thought I would ask in my message. Disappointed. Day 2, still no call back. You can't speak to the service team directly either. :/

Had a weird EVAP leak error that didn't go away when I changed the gas cap so I scheduled an appointment with this service center. I have never gone to them before, they called me the day before to make sure I had the right appointment for my needs. I was worried the online scheduling thing wouldn't get the full picture of what I needed and found the call reassuring. The appointment itself was straightforward. The service tech Sean was speedy, thorough and kindly. He checked me in using a cool digital tablet, even did a video walk around with the car, and everything was clearly communicated. I just hung out for a few hours playing games on my steam deck while they did diagnostic work on my car. I was really grateful for the comprehensive diagnostic evaluation since I bought the car off Facebook Marketplace without a pre purchase inspection (not my smartest move as it's a gamble!) and am truly relieved that things checked out. I do some of my own car maintenance and am aware that this used car needs some love. I was half expecting all kinds of up-sell services like an air cabin filter, new spark plugs, fancy car mats etc. Nope, they kept it straightforward and simple, no pressure

WARNING Brought my Kia Sportage 2021 in for the kia zinc-sleeve recall (looks like technician Song Xiong worked on it) After getting my car back my car is now locking and unlocking when the car is in park, When I turn off the car the Info Display unit is not turning off either and my car stopped honking when locking the car. After bringing the car back for a rework the tech (Justin Prathum) that checked me in was not friendly during the check in process felt like it was my fault for the issues this car has now. After 2 hours they haven't been able to figure out what the issue is and needs to keep my car overnight. How Unprofessional and Will never be coming back here or buying a KIA. Now they quoted me $860 for a part they broke during the recall what a joke. It took a kia survey of 0 before they reached out to offer to fix it took 4 days and 2 people before they even offered by this time I don't trust them to install this correctly

I had taken my van into this dealership before and ha no issues, but this last time, I had a terrible experience. They had my car for four days (over a holiday weekend) with no communication, despite me sending multiple messages to the technicians. The manager never called me back when he said he was going to, I always had to call him again to get a response. I also never heard from the service director, despite contacting him and asking the manager to have him contact me. When I got my car back, the A/C wasn’t working. I called the dealership and the tech assured me to was unlikely in connection with the work they had done, but I could bring it back in so they could check it for me. I wasn’t about to bring it back into that dealership, so I brought it to another one who discovered that the Lupient Kia techs had disconnected the blower fan and had also not replaced multiple bolts/clamps that they should have done when they did the work before. When I contacted Lupient about this, they said they wouldn’t refund any of the amount I paid for my service because they had offered for me to bring it back in, and apparently that was enough. I will not be taking my car into Lupient Kia agai
